Der 374seitige, englischsprachige Bericht wird weltweit verbreitet und trägt den Titel The New Silk Road Becomes the World Land-Bridge (Die Neue Seidenstraße wird zur Weltlandbrücke). Er ist nichts Geringeres als ein konzeptioneller Fahrplan zu einer Neuen Weltwirtschaftsordnung und zu einer neuen ökonomischen Landkarte der Welt.
